Lee and I have been going to Montreal’s Blackstrap BBQ since the restaurant opened. The food is amazing and the owners are real good people.
When we talked about putting together a short ad for their social media, we pitched the idea of showing the steps of how they create one of our favourite side dishes. They were on board and we got to spend a day hanging out and watching them put together tons of different dishes, including the delicious fried macaroni & cheese.
