The idea for Briarwood sat in my head for years, like most of my ideas. When I finally sat down to write it, I could visualize each moment and character so much that it made me want to direct it. Which I decided I would.

It was meant to be my first short film but as things were falling into place, things quickly fell out of place and it got put on the back burner.
